Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
There’s a place at the table for you! Come join in the family of God! We worship God together weekly at 8:30 and 10:15 on Sunday mornings. We get together in between that time to deepen our sense of being family with dinners, bible studies, mission trips, and more!
The United Methodist Church of Queensbury is part of a connection of many other Methodist churches all over the world!
Our mission as a church is straightforward: “making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.” That’s what we’re all about!
Our vision as a church will be in development together as a church during the Summer and Fall of 2016.
Come and join us as often as you like. We hope you find the hospitality and care you receive to be so wonderful that you’ll consider us your family.
Like we said above, we are part of a connection of United Methodist Churches throughout the world. Sometimes being something global can seem really big. We are connected also as conferences, where Bishops oversee easier to manage numbers of churches. The United Methodist Church of Queensbury is connected with the Upper New York Annual Conference with our Bishop Mark Webb. Even then, it can feel like conferences are too large to see how we may fit sometimes. So we as United Methodist Churches are connected by Districts. We at the United Methodist Church of Queensbury are part of the Adirondack District and we have an awesome District Superintendent, Rev. Bill Mudge.
As a local church, the United Methodist Church of Queensbury has a full time Pastor, Rev. Phil Phaneuf, who equips members of the church make our connection with the global church a vibrant, abundant workflow for living!
